Too many people suffer from low back pain that doesn’t seem to respond to conservative care. Even cortisone shots provide very little, or at best, temporary relief. Like most people they really want to avoid the slippery slope of low back surgery. This pain seems to encompass the whole low back with a telltale of extreme stiffness and pain in the morning. That pain reduces after you walk around for about a half hour.
